Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

Domestic Shipping (within your country):
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days

International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination, but generally takes between 7 to 21 business days

Tracking Your Order

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate. We cannot refund or reship orders that were submitted with an incorrect delivery address unless the item is returned to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ringer Tee is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier. If this happens, we encourage you to check with neighbors, look for delivery slips, or contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need help filing a claim, we’ll do our best to assist.

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may apply in your country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are charged separately by your local government.
