📦 "Where is my order?"

Once your order is placed, you'll get an order confirmation email. When it's shipped, you’ll also receive another email with a tracking number.
To track your order anytime, simply head over to our Track Order page and pop your tracking number in.

Heads-up: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to start showing after your order ships. Patience is a virtue (but we know it’s hard when you're excited!).

⏱ "How long will it take to get my order?"

We know you can't wait to rock your new gear — we get it! Here's the breakdown:

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Shipping Time:
  — Domestic: 4–8 business days
  — International: Times may vary depending on location

Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep!

Great question — we want your fit to be just right.
Every product page includes a sizing guide, so be sure to check that before ordering. Our fits are generally true to size, but if you're in between sizes, we usually recommend going one size up for a roomier feel.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Sale items are usually final (unless you received a damaged item — in that case, we’ve got you 💯).
