We want you to love what you wear — that’s why we’re here to make returns and refunds as smooth and fair as possible.

Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags (if any) must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (like your order number or confirmation email) is required

If your item is returned in a condition that does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue only a partial refund.

Items That Are Non-Returnable

Some items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow:

  • 3 to 5 business days for inspection and processing
  • 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or card provider)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges on eligible items. Let us know what you’d like instead, and we’ll do our best to get it to you quickly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll work fast to make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake or issue on our part. If approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and address. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — we may not be able to process unauthorized returns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done that and still haven’t received it, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
