If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed—but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving and keep you informed.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

Domestic Shipping (within your country):
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days

International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination, but generally takes between 7 to 21 business days

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs clearance delays, holidays, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected delivery method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised when available.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, feel free to reach out and we’ll look into it for you.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to ensure prompt delivery, but please understand that delays can occasionally happen due to factors like weather, postal disruption, customs checks, or high-volume periods.

We appreciate your patience and always work hard to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate. We cannot refund or reship orders that were submitted with an incorrect delivery address unless the item is returned to us.

If you just placed an order and noticed a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ringer Tee is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier. If this happens, we encourage you to check with neighbors, look for delivery slips, or contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need help filing a claim, we’ll do our best to assist.

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may apply in your country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are charged separately by your local government.
